Former UA guest Andrew Barton returns to the podcast joined by his friend and photographer Peter Schweitzer. They have collaborated on Secret Restaurant for several years and have a new project in the works. They have taken some of their favorite recipes and, along with Peter’s wife and food stylist Kate Schweitzer, have begun the process of creating a cookbook called Myrtlewood – Home Cooking from the Pacific Northwest.
